Our Story

I simply love food. Different cultures amaze me. The simple beauty of how food can bring people together from all walks of life has impressed me since I was a child growing up in this beautiful place we call Melbourne. Chilli has always been a part of my life, and I have been addicted to trying every sauce and oil I could get my hands on.

Being raised by a single mother who was a chef and who had shown me the love that food brings and the joy it can give to someone, it has always been my goal to somehow spread that to others. Melbourne Chilli Co was born to open people to a new and better taste in Chilli Oil. Even if you fear a little heat, our Chilli Oil is there to open your taste buds and your heart to the culture of what food really is.

Melbourne Chilli Co simply started as I did not enjoy the random oils and ingredients some brands used. I wanted to make a better Chilli Oil both in taste and quality. I find that this little condiment can take any dish to a new level and make anyone look like a master chef when they introduce it to their meal.

It was originally made for my family & me to enjoy a better Chilli Oil.

I hope that people enjoy our Chilli Oil and that it spreads the same love for food that I feel.
